My anxiety has been through the roof recently. I’m nauseous, can’t focus, no appetite, sleep is hard, and energy levels are just not enough. I’m praying that this video will at least allow me to sleep. I just want to stop feeling alone, overwhelmed, buried and unsupported.
I’m with my mother and for the past week I’ve had us listening to this at night. Sleep has been very peaceful and this is just a blessing from God that you’ve made this, God directed me, and I made the decision to click on the video. I thank the Father for these hours of peace. had 2 brain surgeries for a Brain aneurysm that ruptured and a Stroke same time as the rupture. But I’m here!,, life has been so different. But I’m here!! I still haven’t fully adapted to the changes, almost everyone I knew has left me, but I’m learning that’s okay too. It just hurts at times? I am not treated like others and definitely most times not fairly. I totally do not fit in. Im dealing with hormone issues not that has caused extreme weight gain. I’m praying for better, changing the way I eat and I’ve been working for a couple years. I lose then gain. Now trying black cohosh and primrose oil for this peri menopause hoping this will regulate things.
I can still say God is good! I chose Him everytime, he loves me and all of you too. Please help me pray for a solid foundation and balance for my life and for good health physically and mentally. I pray for all that you need and your heart desires, what God has for you.

These words/content, coupled with this voice/tone/cadence and delivery are believable, assuring, soothing, calming, and relaving – quickly inducing restful sleep, happy dreams, & no unpleasant dreams!
All, as opposed to the female voice/s from the very 3 complete sentences sound as if she "is" falling asleep – rough, groggy voice/sound vs. "I am awake but telling you a bedtime story, in a smooth lulling voice".
Please, keep this particular recording here forever, it is my favorite, because it is the most effective one.
