It’s should be base on inner qualities eg..i love my friends..i m success in all that I do….i am calm and collected…not materialistic things eg… I’m tall , I’m fit etc..

Love it!!! I just started affirmations and they lifted my mood right away. I also saw a video where a monk said to visualize and feel them as well and they’ll manifest quicker.
I’ve been working with affirmations and I would tell people this.
"Look there’s nothing really mystical or even New Agey going on here. You’re simply shifting the focus of your mind. If you just let your mind wander all day, or absorb negative messages, or repeat negative self-talk, obviously, you’re not going to see a positive outcomes. When you use affirmations you’re not saying those things are true, (many skeptics would just say that you’re lying to yourself). Rather, you’re telling your mind ‘Hey, WHAT IF you thought this way? Hey, you COULD think this’. And then it becomes a possibility. If you never think it, it’s not even on your radar, and it’s never going going to become a belief, and change your life. So, it’s about awareness. By using affirmations you become AWARE of the profoundly positive beliefs you could adopt, but haven’t. And the very negative things you are thinking, and shouldn’t. It’s all about awareness."

It is a smashing exclusive guide for eliminating your limiting beliefs without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate finally got great results with it.
Can you have multiple or more affirmations you tell yourself daily?
And affirmations like “I am confident. I am a good mom. I am a good wife.” Instead of “I will have 500 extra each month.”

Affirmations work because of instinct. Good or Bad,…. right or wrong,….. we Have to be right about our thoughts because of instinct.
